BoldIQ is opening a new Sales Director position as we expand further into the private air charter and commercial aviation market with a focus on Fleet, Pilot & Crew scheduling and management.

  • Develop and execute strategy and tactics for deep penetration into the aviation sector.
  • Identify and develop sales opportunities in aviation sectors.
  • Maintain and develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape.
  • Support the development of sales collateral for targeted sectors and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain the relationships needed for initial success and continuous development of customers.
  • Participate in relevant trade shows and events.
  • Set realistic stretch but achievable targets.
  • Support a strong collaborative team structure between sales and product development.
  • Become an expert user of demos. Understand and appreciate our customers’ point of view.
  • Assist, support, train and educate others.

Your qualifications:

  • Bachelors/MBA with 7+ years of experience selling and developing business into targeted sectors.
  • Deep understanding of business drivers in targeted sectors as well as knowledge of optimal places to position BoldIQ
  • Self-motivation, resourcefulness and independent action.
  • Capacity for excelling in ambiguity and continuous change.
  • Passion for learning quickly in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize competing responsibilities.
  • Become an expert user of demos. Understand and appreciate our customers’ point of view.
  • An inherent drive to solve problems, collaborate with others and mentor team members.
