The BoldIQ team is built on a strong foundation of technology and business services on a global scale. The leadership team has a wealth and range of experience working for and with small start-ups, multi-national Fortune 50 companies, and everything in between. Specifically in the area of optimization, our team has lead the way in the early days of many revolutionary industries and services including video compression over the web (VDOnet), networking and virtualization (Citrix), and ‘air taxi’ operations (DayJet).

David Archuleta, Lead Architect

Dave is responsible for software architecture and design, as well as project management, database administration, and sales engineering. He was a “Founding Member” of DayJet Corporation in 2003 and with 15 years of experience, David brings a strong background of database-driven, enterprise software and business management systems development. In addition, he holds a FAA commercial pilot’s certificate. David’s previous experience includes leadership positions at NetSpeak Corporation, and Kinetik I.T., as well as consulting roles at various organizations, including PepsiCo, Quaker Oats Company, City of Phoenix, and the Barbados Postal Service. David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Aviation from the Ohio State University, as well as a Master’s degree in Computer Science.

Alan Auldridge, Sustaining Software Engineer

Alan has more than 25 years of development experience as a Software Engineer. He held software engineering positions at Electronic Data Systems (EDS), NetSpeak, DayJet Corporation (founding member), and VirtualWorks before joining the team at BoldIQ. Alan is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems.

David Erickson, Tester

David is responsible for quality assurance testing.  He has 14 years of experience as a Software Test Engineer, with additional experience as a Software Test Lead, and Product Support Lead.  Previous roles include Microsoft, Naverus, Viack, and WildTangent Inc.

Roei Ganzarski - President & CEO

Roei is responsible for the overall growth and business of the company as well as day-to-day operaitons, engineering and development. Prior to joining BoldIQ, he was with the Boeing family of companies for thirteen years in continuously increasing roles of responsibility. Most recently he served as Chief Customer Officer for Boeing’s Flight Services division where he led all worldwide customer and market facing organizations and was responsible for revenue growth and customer service. His other experiences prior to Boeing include private investment banking, corporate finance, advertising, and the military. He is a graduate of Wharton’s Advanced Management Program, earned an MBA from the University of Washington, and a BA in Economics from The University of Haifa. Roei sits on the advisory boards of Zealyst and the Washington Technology Industry Association board; and is chairman of the global business advisory board at the University of Washington Foster School of Business.

Dr. Alex Khmelnitsky, Chief Scientist

Alex is a leader in our Solver team. He was a founding employee of DayJet Corporation in 2002 and co-developed the breakthroughs in real-time resource optimization that were the basis of what we deliver today. Over the years he has worked on numerous challenging algorithmic problems that have provided the technological backbone for a number of high-tech companies including Scitex, VDOnet and Citrix. Alex received his PhD in Applied Mathematics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.

Oleg Kozedub, Senior Research Engineer

Oleg has a wealth of global experience in software engineering that he applies to BoldIQ. Previous to his role here, Oleg was with DayJet Corporation working on their advanced technologies. Previous to the world of commercial aviation, Oleg worked at cutting edge technology companies such as Citrix, VDOnet, LanOptics, and IBM. Oleg studied systems reliability at the Technion, Israel’s Institute of Technology, has a MSc in atmospheric studies from A. F. Mozhaisky Military Space Engineering Academy, and a MSc in computer science and software security from NOVA SouthEastern University.

Douglas Stauffer, Manager Engineering Services

Doug is responsible for software configuration management, customer service, and sales engineering. Doug was one of the “Founding Members” at DayJet Corporation which he joined in 2005. Doug has over 20 years of experience in enterprise software development. His previous experience includes leadership positions in Sales Engineering and Software Quality Assurance at NetSpeak Corporation, Release Management and Quality Engineering positions at Blue Martini Software, Electronic Data Systems (EDS), IBM, and the Carnegie Mellon Software Engineering Institute’s(SEI) High Technology Laboratory. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Carnegie Mellon University.

Dr. Eugene Taits, VP Optimization

Eugene leads our Solver team. He was a founding employee of DayJet Corporation in 2002 and co-developed the breakthroughs in resource management that were the basis of what we deliver today. Over the years he has worked on numerous challenging algorithmic problems that have provided the technological backbone for a number of high-tech companies including Scitex, VDOnet and Citrix. Eugene received his PhD in Physics from the Belarus Academy of Sciences.
